Consultation Fees

• The consultation fees charged for appointments with our doctors are non-refundable.
• If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

 

Procedure and Service Cancellations

• For any pre-scheduled procedures or services, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Any advance payments made may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be communicated at the time of scheduling.
• Refunds for advance payments (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

General Guidelines

• All refund requests are subject to review and approval by the hospital management.
• Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction. For cash payments, refunds will be issued via cheque or bank transfer.
